Become aware of your negativity:once you catch yourself being negative,actively acknowledge it.When you recognize your negativity you give yourself the chance to respond with positivity.
Start living for now:low self-esteem is often a problem of putting too much emphasis on things that can\'t be changed.I usually have lots of thoughts.Like I\'m going to fail,I\'m not talented.But then I stop thinking of these thoughts and live in the now.Because I\'d rather not emphasis on things too far in the future that I\'m not able to tell the outcome.
Be an active participant in your life:letting your emotions run your life is not too good.That means you aren\'t truly in control .You shouldn\'t be a backseat driver on how to run your life.Participating actively in your life helps in developing a more positive attitude.
Write something to compliment yourself .Actually from my own ability on how much I like my eye color truly positively counts.You too can give any compliment of yourself .
